Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If the SSL Chef fails to install SSL certificates on your server due to a technical fault in our software, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days, you may request a full refund.
- Non-Delivery: If you do not receive access to the SSL Chef within 24 hours of purchase, and our support team cannot provide access within an additional 48 hours, you are eligible for a refund.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 7 days for a refund of the duplicate transaction.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- User Error: Refunds are not available if the installation fails due to incorrect server configuration, unsupported operating systems, or lack of required permissions.
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you decide you no longer need the SSL Chef after purchase.
- Third-Party Issues: Refunds are not provided for issues caused by third-party software, hosting providers, or network problems outside our control.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@sslchef.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or error messages. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
